Shepherd The Church
Acts 20:28 Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among whom the Holy Spirit has appointed you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood.
The Shepherd is a Pastor. I apply the Shepherding Model of Leadership to all of life. This is reflected in my personal priorities.
My first priority is to follow the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
My second priority is to shepherd my family.

My second priority is to shepherd my family.
My third priority is to shepherd the church God has entrusted me to serve.
My fourth priority is to shepherd in kingdom opportunities, outside of the local church to reach people for Christ, and see the Kingdom of God advance.
Jesus instructed us to make disciples. This is accomplished through relationships. We must take seriously the responsibility to disciple new believers, and also those who are more mature in the faith, to challenge them and help them develop in service to the Lord.
I also lead men in a Shepherding Internship process for Pastoral Ministry, to prepare God called servants.

Jesus said, "I am the Good Shepherd. I know My own sheep, and they know Me, as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. I lay down My life for the sheep." John 10:14-15
